Preparing to film

     Over the last week our group has been starting to discuss how we want to start and approach the filming of the short. The biggest problem we have encountered is that it is hard to find a time where all four of us are avaliable to film. We decided the best way to fix that is to film when we can, meaning if the actor and actress are avaliable at the very least some scenes are able to be recorded and sent to those who were not there for the part that was filmed that day. Angela is our main actress playing the main character and Johansen is also an actor playing the therapist. Jamil is likely to be our cameraman and I will be part of the editing. Though me and Jamil's roles are likely to be swapped throughout the process. The easy part of our prepping progress is agreeing on the setting. We will film at Angela's house just because it is the best when it comes to how far it is for each person and also the space avaliable. 

Actors: Johansen will be playing the therapist and Angela will be the main character in the short.

Costumes: We plan on using what we already have so we don't have to spend money we don't need to. This includes a black shirt for Angela and darker colors in general on her to reflect the character and a more business casual for the therapist. This will just be jeans and a button up. This matches his character and Johansen already has clothes for it. 

Props: The props we are using is a pen and note pad for the therapist, there is a shot where this will be the focus. A dog bowl and orange container to represent a pill bottle will be used as well as they are also focuses of the shots. 

Dates and times: We don't have an exact date and time yet but it will be within the month of February or late January most likely. This allows us to make specific dates and clear our schedule for it. 

Script: Our script is currently being written by the entire group, this makes sure we all agree on what is going on within the story but it is also within our ability. 

Film Equipment: Film equipment will be simple to take care of, the best phone camera will be used, this is either Johansen's or Angela's. I also have a microphone and camera stand we are going to use. The camera stand also comes with lighting which helps us when we want to make our lowkey lighting shots.
